[excerpt] The committee chairman, Ambassador Yusuf Mamman has invited submission of memoranda on any aspect of the constitution, adding that Nigerians were free to suggest anything they desired, whether or not it was already provided for in the constitution. The memoranda should be submitted in 10 copies and addressed to the secretary of the group. Public debate in six centres along geopolitical zones have also been scheduled.
