Also Identifes, registers, coordinates, builds capacity and mobilizes civil society organizations to promote interconnectivity and bring equity, justice, peace and development to grassroots communities throughout Nigeria, including the implementation of NEEDS, SEEDS, LEEDS and the MDGs.
